Mélati offers a range of innovative and exciting products while also conforming to traditional baking roots; from fresh sourdough breads to buttery pastries. We care about the healthfulness of humans, environment and agriculture by carefully sourcing the provenance of our raw ingredients based on their impact on the ecosystem. Thus, we are able to professionally handcraft high quality and truly delicious baked goods.

 

Sourdough and Yeasted breads: rustic loaves leavened overnight made either from organically-grown starters cultivated over a week or fresh yeast.

 

Pastries and Viennoiseries: flaky and buttery laminated breads made from 100% butter made with zero additives and preservatives.
